You are permitted to print scans of up to 200 PPI of any document; and you may also print an 8x10 of most photos at 200 PPI. However, you are expressly prohibited from using these downloads in any commercial capacity. This includes making them available for sale or using them in advertisements.

You must observe all copyrights, but may print single copies from the First and Fastest magazines and Railfan books for personal use.
